How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided once the unit(s) have been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

All Adaura Technologies products ship with a full money back guarantee for up to 30 days. Thereafter, the device is covered from manufacturing defects for one (1) year. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return.

AD-USB Control Hub Platform

Will the ADUSB4A work with the ADUSB Control Hub?

Yes. All current model ADUSB4A attenuators will work with the Control Hub.


What are the isolation levels (crosstalk) between channels?

The isolation level between any two channels is at least 63dB (better at lower frequencies).

900 MHz: ~ -85dB
2.4   GHz: ~ -80dB
6       GHz: ~ -63dB

Can multiple units be plugged into the same computer?

Yes. As the AD-USB4A acts as a serial device, multiple units will appear in your Device Manager as different COM serial devices. Windows boasts the ability to connect up to 255 serial devices.

What platforms will AD-USB devices work with?

The AD-USB4A works on the following systems:

  • Windows 2000, XP, 7, and 8.
  • Linux  (No drivers required. Simply connect via Putty or Minicom)
  • OS X (No drivers required)

Where can I find firmware updates?

We do our best to inform our customers when new firmware has been released. For updates, please contact for instructions on updating your devices. 

Is the AD-USB series compatible with LabView?

Yes. As the AD-USB4A utilizes CDC over USB to emulate a serial RS232 device,  the unit can be added to any LabView setup using the built-in VISA functions.
