General Coverage
Adaura Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms outlined below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
To ensure our products fully meet your testing requirements, Adaura Technologies offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and insurance.

This refund guarantee limits the quantity of devices that may be redeemed under this money-back policy: a single company or individual may only return a maximum of 1 opened device per model (ex: 1 AD-USB4APT5, 1 AD-USB8AR38G95, 1 AD-USB4AR38G95, etc). This guarantee is designed to let customers try AdauraTech devices and ensure proper functionality in their intended application. Returning more than one device (all devices new and unopened except for one unit) will incur a 25% restock fee.

This guarantee does not apply to any rackmount systems (attenuator or handover test system) or customized solutions.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
All products are covered by a two-year warranty starting from the date of shipment.

Warranty Exclusions
The foregoing warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Connectors that have failed due to normal wear and tear.
  • Connectors that are improperly used such as over-torquing or utilizing cables with damaged connectors.
  • Defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by the buyer.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or misuse of the product.
  • Operation outside of the product’s stated environmental or technical specifications.

Limitation of Liability & Sole Obligation
Adaura Technologies’ sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at our facility, any qualifying product or part returned by the original purchaser during the warranty period.

The warranty stated above is the buyer’s sole and exclusive warranty and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Adaura Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, injury, or loss incurred through the use, or inability to use, any Adaura Technologies product.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Adaura Technologies. In the event that a device requires a covered warranty repair, Adaura Technologies will cover the cost of return shipping back to the customer from our support facilities.

Import Tariffs & Sales Tax
The buyer assumes sole responsibility for all applicable sales taxes, import duties, tariffs, and customs fees. Adaura Technologies is not responsible for any taxes or import-related charges.
